Very fine Chinese Kangxi period porcelain dish with scalloped edge. Handpainted in underglaze blue, reddish orange glaze and gold gilt details of various insects and flowers. Fine example of Kangxi period porcelain. Formerly a part of the Benjamin F Edwards collection of Chinese porcelain, with old collection label still attached. A wonderful item for your collection. 17th Century to 18th Century. Condition: Minor wear at rim. 17.8cm x 14cm x 1.7cm.
